A Python desktop tool that checks documents in the firm's document system against a master client list and flags stale or broken ones. Built alone in four working days and packaged with a GUI and a user guide for a non-developer. It has since been promoted to a scheduled automated process.

An Electron desktop app, built solo as IQX internal tooling. It pulls each developer's logged work from Azure DevOps, has an LLM summarise it into an email report for the team's manager, and lists the tasks by ID and title, ready to paste into timesheets.

The last step of an OCR pipeline for OdoDash: a YOLO model found the fields, a PaddlePaddle OCR model read them, and this fine-tuned t5-small turned the scuffed dates into ISO dates. Trained on real OCR output plus 180,000 synthetic examples.
